Our story
Built by people who pack the boxes
Alvi Ecom Enterprise started in 2021 with a single category — cookware — and a simple frustration: online orders that arrived late, damaged or nothing like the photo. We decided to sell only what we could hold in our own UK warehouse, inspect ourselves and replace without an argument.
That approach still shapes the business. Our catalogue covers cookware, bakeware, storage, dining, small appliances, décor, cleaning utilities and kitchen textiles — categories our team uses at home and can genuinely advise on. We buy directly from importers and manufacturers, keep pricing transparent, and publish our delivery, return and privacy policies in plain language.
The business is registered in the UK, files its returns with HMRC, issues proper invoices and accepts payment through FCA-authorised payment service providers. Customers, suppliers and payment partners can find every detail they need on our Business Details page.
